Perfect stay, I would recommend this apartment. Persimmon has a good location, actually it's in the middle of SM and Ayala Mall, short walk to Landers. Well furnished apartment, I would stay again there.

The location is accessible by cab or grab car. Safe with all the security staff. Quiet. But my room had cockroaches. The host was very responsive and Joy, the one who met us at the lobby was very friendly, professional and welcoming. I really appreciate her service. I would love to stay in a place like this where hosts are very friendly, responsive and professional.

It was mostly clean, a good place to stay for the night close to the north bus terminal. When we had an issue with the aircon leaking, we were offered a new room straight away. We liked the facilities to cook your own food!

What I liked is that the security is super good and very helpful. They are ready to help you And everything was clean too.

What I didn't like was one thing: the Internet doesn't work very well. One moment you have it, another second you don't and if you are transferring money it can give you serious problems like it did with me.

Generous size room however poor sanitation levels

The room was a generous size. Staff seemed very nice at reception too.

The property was quite dirty upon arrival, especially within the bathroom. There were several hair balls throughout along with several areas around the toilet.

It was nice but it could have been better.

I like how the host manage our stay though there are some mistakes on the payment all in all the unit is great and we have a good time.

I wasn't inform that using the pool needs to pay and I hate it because we've spent some money like as if we're using a resort.

I love the pool. The staff were nice - from the receptionist to the security guards. The unit owner is very nice and responsive. The place is very accessible to almost everything. And the place is clean and neat.

That there is no easy access for the garbage room and no information about it although the receptionist are very accommodating to assist. And no proper information and labels in the pool with regard to permit and there's payment and how much.
